  • Discounts for services from 3rd party service providers such as military recruitment firms, military job boards, and advertising companies (please note, we often advocate that utilizing 3rd party companies for your veterans recruiting/hiring efforts is unnecessary but we support any company’s desire to do so. As such, we’ve formed relationships with many of the top vendors in the military/veteran recruiting space to bring discounts to our Think Tank membership).
  • Access to an ever-expanding database of service members, veterans, and military spouses who are seeking employment across the country. You will never be charged a fee on top of your Think Tank membership for access to this talent database.
  • Membership in the exclusive Miligistix Think Tank LinkedIn group, which provides a closed and private forum for all Think Tank members to discuss ideas, challenges, and collaborations. This forum is free from vendors and 3rd party service providers.
  • Periodic networking opportunities in regions across the United States (these events typically will occur quarterly in large cities like Dallas, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago, etc.).
  • Access to up-to-date information shared by government and nonprofit partners - Soldier for Life, Marine for Life, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, Military Spouse Employment Partnership, The Bob Woodruff Foundation, etc.

The Miligistix Think Tank is a group of HR practitioners, Diversity & Inclusion professionals, Military Talent Program Managers, and both government and nonprofit partners who come together to discuss strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges they all face regarding recruiting, hiring, engaging, and retaining Military Talent. 

We highly encourage transparency in dialogue between members and, as such, this group is highly selective and we have a zero tolerance policy for solicitation.

Our Think Tank meets once a month via video conference and we welcome a company's full team to join the calls. Between each call, the Think Tank has access to the Miligistix Think Tank LinkedIn group, which provides you the opportunity to ask questions, share relevant articles and resources, and connect with your peers.


$5,000 per year, per company

*We ask that your team makes every effort to join each month's call and to participate actively in the LinkedIn Think Tank group. Doing so helps to increase the value of membership for all parties involved in the Think Tank.
