Jennifer is trained in and holds certification and licensure as a professional counselor. She believes that successful transitions and gainful employment are the foundation of strong mental health.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Tampa with a B.S. in criminology and received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. She is a Resident Blog Contributor for Operation Supply Drop, a 501(c)3 providing purpose through community-centric service for active-military, veterans & their families.

Jennifer Goodman is a career counselor and coach, blogger, and military spouse. Prior to joining Miligistix, Jennifer worked for the Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program as a career counselor at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. In that role, Jennifer supported the individual transitions of service members and spouses and coordinated employment events for companies seeking to hire members of the military community. Jennifer now uses her knowledge of transition programs to help military passionate companies and organizations develop and implement robust and sustainable military talent programs.
