When people experience life shifting changes in their lives such as divorce, unemployment, grief, trauma, military discharge, and PTSD, it becomes typical to feel stressed, anxious, displaced, and generally “stuck.” Jack helps his clients look inside themselves, to shed negativity, and find the answers and the happiness they desire. Jack accomplishes this by utilizing a set of specialized skills called the Energy Leadership Assessment and cognitive processing. It is an empowering process that takes place in a safe, non-judgmental environment. This process enables a person to develop a personal, effective style of leadership, positively influencing themselves, their family, co-workers, and others they work with. This process gives clients an understanding of how they exist in the world, and how they perceive people in their lives. It also gives individuals an understanding of how they are perceived by others, which ultimately affects their personal and work relationships, resulting in failure or success.
