She has received a Certificate in Management from the American Management Association and is certified to deliver Energy Leadership Assessment, Genos Emotional Intelligence 360 Degree Assessment, DISC 363 Assessment for Leaders, Achieve Global Leadership Series, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Take Charge of your Career, and Path of Dialogue.  She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and is a graduate of the nationally recognized Coaching School – Institute for Professional Excellence Coaching (iPEC).

Heather believes in giving back to her community and is very involved in working with the homeless and the Native Americans in her region. She also works with The COMMIT Foundation as a coach for transitioning veterans – something she is very passionate about. She is a former board member of the Moxie Exchange Movement where she in part worked with young women to help them become future strong leaders in their communities. She is a former Adjunct Professor and taught Psychology Courses for freshman at a Junior College.

In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy family time in the mountains of Colorado with their sons. She loves travelling, hiking, biking, volunteering and spending time with friends and family.
