Prior to joining Miligistix, Adam worked for the United States Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Hiring Our Heroes, serving as the Senior Manager for the Corporate Fellowship Program. Adam was tasked with providing policy oversight for 3 existing programs and creating the new Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and the Maryland/DC Veteran and Active Military Spouse programs. These programs are designed to utilize the service members last 6 months of active duty service by placing them in Internship-like opportunities all across various industries enhancing their job experience before they leave service.

Adam graduated from Waldorf University with a B.S. Degree in Organizational Leadership. He is also an Advisory Board Member for Operation College Promise (OCP), a national policy, research, and education program based at Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, New Jersey. OCP supports the transition of military-affiliated students “To, Through and Beyond,” their postsecondary advancement.

Adam Martinez, MSG (USA, Retired) has 20 years of leadership experience serving in the United States Army.  Adam’s final assignment in the Army was with the Department of the Army’s Soldier for Life Program, where he served as the program’s North East Deputy Director. In that role, Adam focused his efforts in developing relationships with Federal, State, and Not-for-Profit agencies in the gathering of over 100 different resources across 15 states involving employment, additional health and well-being as well as educational opportunities. These efforts ensured that those resources were made available to service members, veterans and their families.
